This morning the Fed Ex truck pulled up and delivered several heavy boxes filled with drama-stricken animal comics. Yes, it's true, the new and improved, professionally printed Frantic Meerkat Book of Comics is finally here, just in time for Comic Con.
And I'll say it—even though the designing and production end of it was never-ending, now that's it's back, it's like I've forgotten all the late nights and multiple proofreading sessions, living on caffeine and pretzel M&Ms. I'm in a beautiful rosy haze.
I think I need to start planning Volume Two.
